DownTown is a luxury apartment complex in the heart of Baghdad, designed for families and people looking for a more elevated way to live in the city.

I had the opportunity to work with DownTown before construction even began, helping establish a strong social media presence and generate early interest from potential buyers and investors. With the building still in development, the biggest challenge was finding a way to communicate the scale, quality, and luxury of the project using only 3D renders. I focused on turning those renders into compelling social media visuals that brought the future complex to life, highlighting its premium feel and creating a strong visual presence long before the building was finished.
